A person should be buried only half a meter, or two feet, below the surface. Then a tree should be planted there. He should be buried in a coffin that decays so that when you plant a tree on top the tree will take something out of his substance and change it into tree-substance. When you visit the grave you don’t visit a dead man, you visit a living being who was just transformed into a tree. You say, “This is my grandfather, the tree is growing well, fantastic.” You can develop a beautiful forest that will be more beautiful than a normal forest because the trees will have their roots in graves. It will be a park, a place for pleasure, a place to live, even a place to hunt.

They found a suitable country in Mexico: it was far away, the chances of Mexican tanks appearing on Yugoslav borders were slight and, best of all, in Mexican films they always talked about revolution in the highest terms. How could an average moviegoer know that it was not the Yugoslav revolution? The Mexican influence spread to all popular culture: fake Mexican bands formed and their records can still can be found in flea markets today. Plan de ejercicio

Acabo de hacer los test iniciales de hundredpushups y twohundredsquats un par de programas para ir mejorando la condición física uno para lograr hacer 100 lagartijas en un periodo de 6 semanas y el otro para hacer 200 sentadillas.

Las pruebas son para ubicarte en un nivel determinado para a partir de ahí darte el plan de progreso y calendarizacion. No me fue tan terrible quede en el segundo nivel en ambos.

El plan para la primera semana tanto en hundredpushups como twohundredsquats es de tres días, decidí darle a las lagartijas los miércoles, viernes y domingos; a las sentadillas martes, jueves y sábados.

Liberandome del lastre

Hoy inicio con mi plan de liberación de lastre, lastre de sobrepeso y lastre financiero, quedan tres meses del 2010, planeo deshacerme de 13 kilos de peso para llegar a los 100kg y librarme de casi 20k de deuda de tarjeta.

Yo creo que si es posible, tu que dices? mantente sintonizado…
